Our Services
SmartRegions.US is part of a systemic approach to transformational change. Slaying the Status Quo must be approached from multiple levels. Strategic Telework is vastly different than the ad hoc approach. The Strategic approach is designed for management, for fiscal and operational enhancements and for the enhancement of the employer workforce. This is achieved through a consultant process embedded in a transactional software product. There are three points of entry:
- Telework Program Audit– A checklist of material is provided and when assembled, our staff reviews it, interviews your staff and a report is prepared. It confirms the good things that have been done and notes the additional opportunities that could be implemented.
- The Feasibility Audit– A cloud based process that evaluates your occupations to determine the number of days per week that those in that occupation could work remotely. Based upon how many employees you have in each occupation, your space savings is calculated. Many other key indices are generated and then the preliminary report is distributed to yur department heads for comments about their readiness, additional costs to implement the process, concerns etc.
- The WorkForce VIrtualization Program– After the senior management team has decided to proceed, training, software and other steps are taken. Modeling determines the best plan based upon the guidelines defined by senior management. Policy updates and the facility conversion process is designed along with the continuity / disaster recovery process. All implementation tools are incorporated.
